Kudos to you all for the wonderful ministry you gave in the aftermath of such a terrible tragedy. I believe none of your grounds were broken or your windows blown out because of the work that was needed in the days after to begin the healing process. The spirits that are lying on your site protected it so that many could come and be given solace. Thank you for preserving the memories to touch those of us who could not come and help. Darren and Tammy England - May 4, 2008 We visited St. Paul's on the afternoon of Pope Benedict visit to the WTC site. I was moved to tears at the wonderful beauty of Saint Paul's and the moving tributes and messages of those who were lost on 9/11. St Paul's is a ray of hope in New York's darkest day!!!!!! Chloe Isle of Wight, England - April 27, 2008 We visited the chapel before going to Ground Zero... I had no idea a chapel could play such a vital part for 9/11, and it was amazing to see such a beautiful place in such a big city. Paola Ligabue Reggio Emilia - Italy - April 26, 2008 I still cry everytime I see images from that black september 11 and I did the same every single minute I spent at Ground Zero and at your church when I was there with my daughter two years ago. It's terrible knowing that so many persons died there in such a short time, and I only hope nothing of this kind will happen again. Lois T Clearwater, Florida - April 20, 2008 Thank you for allowing my son and I to come into the chapel during Sunday service. The fact that so few people were in attendance speaks volumes about our society, but I know you'll survive! The 9/11 photos were very moving. April Lorenz Big Rapids,MI - April 17, 2008 My Choir performed here April 16th, 2008 I hope they did well and I want to congradulate them and I want to say that im sorry that I wasn't with you on this wonderful trip and I hope you guys did well! I love you all!!! Robert NYC, New York - April 15, 2008 This is the first I have heard of the change with regard to the pews. What's done, unfortunately ,is done. As a 9-11 survivor and participant in the Rescue and Recovery Operation, the role of the people that gathered at St. Paul's will be with me until the end. What is saddening is that what took place with regard to the pews at St. Paul's is merely a microcosm of what has taken place in many other places; OK let\'s move on, this is old news etc. Hurry up and get over it. It no longer serves the needs of politicians, so lets move on. It is truly unfortunate, considering what great works were performed in that sacred place. Just my thoughts. God Bless. Jill harvey England - April 8, 2008 Myself, my family, Paul & Katy, and my friends Rod & Diane, all offer our sympathy for the tragic events of 9/11 and applaud the heroic and moving efforts that St. Pauls played such a large part in. A wonderful, sad, and intense feeling echoes around these walls. We wish for peace now. Cheryl Whitt Las Vegas, Nv - April 3, 2008 I was in New York for my first-ever visit in March. One of the places on my "must-see" list was St Paul's. I was brought to tears by your wonderful exhibit. It has to be a literal miracle that you all were there to give aid and comfort to all the rescue workers. I was also astounded by the graveyard. What a wonderful place to see history. I felt so humbled to be there. God bless all of you. Granville Waters Chepstow, Wales UK - March 31, 2008 I visited the church a couple of years ago left a Police Patch from my force on the memorial there. A choir appeared suddenly started singing 'Amazing Grace'. The power of that song in the chapel was unbelievable. Daire Connery Ireland - March 31, 2008 Keep up the excellent work Lainey Matthews Ontario Canada - March 18, 2008 My Family and I have visited the chapel a couple of times and think that it is the most wonderful place ever. I just can't believe that it didn't get hurt by any of the flying debris in 9/11. We think that it is just a very beautiful place and we just wanted to say keep up the good work. Lindy Midland, Texas - March 14, 2008 What a beautiful, historic place! I am so glad it is here still here for all to see!
