The New York Times has published a story about the next chapter of St. Paul's Chapel history * the opening of a new exhibit honoring the generosity and selflessness of ordinary Americans facing the shock of 9/11.
The new exhibit, "Unwavering Spirit: Hope and Healing at Ground Zero," opens to the public on Monday, May 3 at 10 am.
The chapel, a part of the Parish of Trinity Church, served as a sanctuary for rescue workers in the months after 9/11. Because of its proximity to the World Trade Center site, the chapel has become known as "The Little Chapel that Stood."
